ATBshop Demo Weekend at Llangennith 7-9th August 2009
04.08.2009 - Demo Day
We are planning to head down to Head for Llangennith - SA3 1JD this weekend. Staying at Hillend Campsite right on the beach, Myself and Diana from ATBshop are staying down Friday night till Sunday with others joining the Friday or Saturday Night. Stu from the shop will be up on Saturday evening for flying on Sunday.
Just bring yourself, something to sleep in, beer for the evening and water for the day!

25.06.2009 - Loaded Dervish
Its getting to Birthday season and what better way to celebrate than the purchase of a new longboard? I have been skating and cruising about on a mess of components with a Lush Kilima deck for a few months and loving it. So, the next logical step was to push the boat out and get something with real performance.
I went for the Loaded Dervish deck, in flex 2, Adam Colton signiture Paris trucks (180mm hanger) Lush knight rider bearings and the new Durian freeride wheels from Orangatang - complemented with a pair of the 09 Loaded Slide Gloves. This thing turns and carves amazingly and the larger wheels soak up any uneven lines in the concrete. As well as sliding its amazing for bombing down hills and carving up cycle paths! In all I would highly recommend it as a set-up.
01.06.2009 - Jn Kites
I am proud to announce JN Kites (Jochum & Nesler)Will be joining Kitesurfing Store and ATBshop for 2009. Over the last few years they proven a fantastic range and great build quality. This year the main focus is on the Prima Donna 3 - freestyle and wave riding kite and the Mr. Fantasic swept leading edge all round bridled kite.
I have started trying some of the Jn Kites and Boards this year and it has to be said they have some fantastic kitesurfing gear! The Prima Donna 3 is a super smooth, high depower 5th lined C kite with great build quality and one-pump. The Jn Chit-Chat is one of the sexiest looking boards I have ever laid my hands on, Amazing top and bottom graphics over a carbon weave, in the flesh it looks fantastic.

Spent most the day hanging under the 12m Speed 2 and looping the 10m Psycho 4! I love this kite.
Congrats to Gregga (Greg Chilton) who has just joined the ATBshop powerkite team.
Gregs riding has been improving dramatically over the last few months adding new tricks and more style to everything he is pulling off whilst being a great down to earth person to chat with and ride with!
Greg is also getting pretty handy with the video camera and im sure most of you have seen his posts in the video section. He can often be found flying at Cleeve, The Ho! or the Eks site.
After flying Best SLE's Greg is currently flying Flysurfer Kites and riding MBS which seems to be working extremely well for him!
